DELIVERY:
Wait time for your delivery will depend on a few factors, including the type of work you've ordered (print or original), the final destination of your artwork, as well as any pandemic related delays that might ensue! We know you're anxious to receive your work and get it up on the wall, so rest assured that we'll ship out your work with a tracking number as soon as we can, so you'll know what to expect.
FOR PRINTS You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
FOR ORIGINALS Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
I want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please contact me at jtberthelot@gmail.com and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on, and I'll be in touch as soon as I can to either issue a refund, or work out a solution, depending on your situation. Please note: If the print you ordered is already in production, or your original artwork has already been shipped, there’s a 15% restocking and handling fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
Commissions are closing after September 30th.
If we've spoken about a commissioned piece, but haven't settled on a price, or you still have a photo to submit, please do so before September 30th, so I can plan my year.
If not, you have until September 30th to commission a piece, but please note that no Christmas deadlines will be accepted.
No date has been set for the reopening of commissions, but this service will be closed for one year minimally. If you've subscribed to my newsletter, you'll be notified when they're open again. (If you haven't, you can subscribe here).
Closing commissions allows me to better plan the year ahead and to spend some time on my own projects that have been on a back burner for a while. I'm excited to share these with you!
